The Arab Federation of Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution is an independent Arab international body, a member of the Arab Federations Forum and a member of the Permanent Executive Office of the Arab League, which was established and established to operate within the Arab League. The Republic of Iraq is currently the seat state of the Union, and the Union may establish regional branches or offices in Arab countries or representative offices in some countries of the world or some international organizations. The Federation operates under the provisions of its statutes and the decisions of its board of directors and its general assembly. The Union enjoys full legal personality and full capacity to conduct its business and achieve its objectives within the scope of the Arab League. The federation includes six major sectors and centers as described in the organizational structure of the Union.
