Mr. Ashraf Al-Nimr, Secretary General of the Arab Federation of Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, signed a memorandum of understanding and bilateral cooperation and Mr. Arteral, President of the Kuwaiti Bar Association, in support of the fruitful cultural and scientific cooperation relations and to build a real nucleus for the exchange of cultures and experiences for the members of the Federation and the Association in order to raise and support the efficiency of both parties.
