The founding meeting of the Arab Court of Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Settlement under the supervision of the Council of Arab Economic Unity in the presence of Ambassador Mohammed al-Rubaie, secretary general of the Unity Council, and in the presence of Sheikh Darrar Saud al-Sabah, assistant undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for the judicial arbitration sector on behalf of the Kuwaiti Minister of Justice, and in the presence of Advisor Ahmed Fathi Srour, in the presence of Advisor Sheikh Mashal al-Sabah, President of the Court and his deputies, Mr. Ashraf al-Nimr, Secretary General of the Court, and the founding advisors of the Arab sister countries.
