The General Assembly is made up of all participating members of the Federation of Founding Members and Members of the Board of Directors. Working members, associate members, observer members and experts may attend general assembly meetings and participate in debates without having the right to vote.
The General Assembly of the Federation , ordinary or extraordinary, is convened at the invitation of the President of the Federation at the headquarters of the Federation or in a suitable place of his choice, by notifying all members who have the right to attend a notification explaining the date and place of the meeting and attached to the agenda – by any means of communication recorded by the member of the Federation’s registers – at least thirty days before the scheduled meeting.
The General Assembly is invited to meet at least once a year and the General Assembly may be invited to extraordinary meetings whenever necessary. The general assembly meetings are chaired by the President of the Federation or whoever delegates him, If the President and his Commissioner are absent, one of the two vice-presidents will be chaired by one of the vice-presidents, and if the two vice-presidents are absent, the General Assembly will be chaired by the oldest, oldest or most experienced member.
